i mean, see that navigation on the left side of the admin cp ? a new one should be added there. for that reason u will have to refresh the admin cp (f5) so you can see that new link on the left

and dont know about chmod

could you please tell me how t do chmod

so please deactivate the plugin.
chmod ./admin/index.php to 777
then activate the plugin.
