WOW!! Thanks!! I would've never had guessed that. 
I had manually change the version compatibility but even though it seemed to be working fine itself, I guess mybb 1.6 didn't like it.
That would also explain why no one was reporting that issue on my other site. That plug-in isn't installed there.
I'll check the other plug-in settings.
