For some reason my members on my mybb forum have the mass mail turned off. Is there a SQL command that will allow me to turn on all the "Receive email from administrators option"?

Did you merge from another software at some point?

Run this in phpMyAdmin:

UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `allownotices` = '1';
