Delayed publication plugin

For my MyBB forum I want to have some post ready which have to be published automatically at a predefined time and date.

Basically - I'm looking for plugin, which will publish posts or new threads on schedule.

This option should be available (and visible) only to certain users or groups.

On my forum I regularly publish news and articles, but I'm leaving on vacation. And I want to during my absence my articles were published on time. (Wordpress has this feature.)

• In the 'threads' table there needs to be a new field called 'pub_date' (or similar)
  
• A new task called 'my_auto_pub' (or similar), would help.
  

I could do at least 70 to 85%, but...
85% != 100%

• This would be a popular (and easy to make) plugin, who as time to do it?

1) Set up a wordpress (for personal / admin group usage)
2a) Use the MyBB 'RSS to post' plugin to send toward your forum.
2b) Wordpress has this feature...
