stop re-index post on new reply

i want to make two setting for my forum
1- i dnt want re-index the posts on new reply.
2- for one of my forum section, i checked
moderate new thread
moderate thread change.

now first time when i approve, thread count is ok, but if user modified in their post then i re-approve it, count become double, mean inside forum there is only one thread, but after changing by user, the count shows two threads.

please tell me how can i adjust both settings

Not sure what you mean with the first point. Re-index?? Same sequence?? Can you explain the problem a bit more, give a URL or something??

let see user1 post a thread, and after some time user2 post the thread.

now sequence is

1- thread2 user2
2- thread1 user1

now when some one reply to thread1, its sequence become 1 and thread2 sequence become 2 (default behavior).

but i want to show the same sequence as before.

i think i am unable to tell you properly.

now i am going to reply this thread, now this thread will appear on the top of all other threads. because it has new reply. but i dnt want this behavior.
