Hi is there a way i can have an option for ip ban on the mod cp rather than doing it through the admin cp?

You'd have to get a mod. Though its dangerous if you have moderators.

As said above, this would require a plugin. I'm not completely sure, but I seem to recall seeing a plugin that can give extra permissions to moderators, but I can't find it now.
