why mybb is slow?

As you can see - MyBB is generating the page in 0.08 seconds, so it isn't MyBB that is slow! That is less than a second which is fairly good

i have adsl (fast internet conestion) and i go fast everywhere. but no in my forum :-(

Loads fairly quickly for me too.

If you perform a trace route you can tell if it is a problem with your connection to the server or not.

On Windows:
1. Start -> Run.

2. Type in 'cmd' (or 'command' if you're on Windows 98). Click OK

3. Type 'tracert domain here'. (Ex, tracert mybboard.com)

You can watch as it traces your connection and hopes to the server. The higher response time from a certain "hop" means that is where your bottleneck to the server is.
