strange avatar problem

fixed the problem;
created a new folder named uploads2.
uploaded al files of the original uploads folder to it.
changed the name of the old folder to uploads3 and the new one back to uploads. I can't remove the old folder, but atleased it is working now.
Silly i havent thought of it before!
