[Performance] (PLEASE HELP) Plugin List in Admin CP Not Working!!

Hey guys

I wanted to add a picture resizer plugin to my site. But after installing it to the directory I went to the admin CP to activate it, this is when I noticed that the list page is empty... (look to attachment) So I checked the "Plugin Updates" and "Browse Plugins" page and they are normal. Any help would be awesome the link to the site is http://www.sonichentai.net/forum (The site has some adult content)
