Automatically add a prefix and edit thread when moved.

I have a "Junk" section on my forum that i move threads and split posts to rather than deleting them.

Is there a way when i "move" posts to the junk section that they automatically have the "[JUNK]" prefix that i created added to them as well as having [JUNK] put in the title of the thread as the first word so it'd appear like this:

[JUNK] [JUNK] Thread title here

You can add the prefix with a custom mod tool. ACP >> Configuration >> Moderator Tools

So i can. atm it's not closed the thread or added the prefix, only moved but i shall see tomorrow once the scheduled task runs over night. (May fix the issue).

It should add the the prefix and close it immediately if that's part of the tool. Can you get a screen shot of the settings you're using?

I've got it working now and also completed a write up on my own site of how to use it etc. Smile

I had to add the prefix "JUNK" to be available on all forums / categories then it worked.

Thank you.
