How Do I add a image for a userbar?

I want to add an image as a userbar and well how do I do it.

What is the code I need to put in for it to work

Do you meen under the post bit,

Go to admincp >> users and groups >> User titles >> Click on one you made >> Number of stars = 1, group image= provide a url to the image you want to use.
