Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name and find the following;

.thead {
	background: #026CB1 url(images/thead_bg.gif) top left repeat-x;
	color: #ffffff;
}

and

.tcat {
	background: #ADCBE7;
	color: #000000;
	font-size: 12px;
}

adjust the colors to suite your needs.
