Help Installing Theme

Hello, I'm wanting to install a Theme named Thecure, for MyBB 1.6.
But, when I try to upload the .rar file from what I downloaded, it says:

"MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt."

Help please.

You don't have to upload ".rar" file. You've to upload ".xml" file.
