Maybe if you write an all in one plugin, because actually there are plenty of plugins that do the same but not one that do it all alone.

For 99% of the things that require a minimum amount of posts, reputation, time registered or referrals can be done with the Group Promotion system already in MyBB 1.6.

Tutorial is now in my bookmarks.

But with this plugin we don't need to move user from one usergroup to another.

This plugin will restrict the downloads until certain amount of posts. It do not move one user to another usergroup.
