[Performance] Problem with password checking at regsitration

When filliing the registration form some users get the error message that the two passwords do not match. I does not matter how many times they try, they always get this message, so they cannot register to the site.
This problem comes out at 10-15 cases out of 430, in different browsers, some people tried to regsiter in three different browsers, without succeeding.
Is there any solution to this problem?

Can you give us your URL?

The only browser known to do this is IE, if your theme has a login box in the header. But yes, there's very little we can do without your URL.

Several people have indicated that Firefox and Chrome the error occurred.
