Change Default User Profile

I've done this before but now I can't seen to find where to do this. Where in the admin control panel can I change the default way the user control panel is set for new users?

There's a different style for user profiles? Are you sure you aren't talking about the postbit?

In the user control panel the user sets things such as Hide your email from other members, Default Thread Subscription Mode, Display posts in classic mode, etc. I want to adjust how these are set for new users before they change anything. I think I did this before on my test board, but now I can't find it.

After looking in the control panel more I'm thinking that this feature does not exist, and what I remember doing was the ability to change the postbit to classic mode, but not set defaults for user settings.
