"Are you human?"

How would I go about adding a "Are you human?" question on the registration form. I've upgraded the captcha to re-captcha but the security was broken at defcon thus i'm getting a lot more spam sign ups.

There's a plugin called Registration Security Question that does this. It doesn't provide real security against spammers targeting your site, but for the regular spambot it might be okay. Try to use a better question than Are you human though, as that one is used far too often so it may already be recognized anyway.
