Well I am using a template that uses a colour as a background and not an image, how could I make the background into an image instead of the colour?

Go to: ACP > Themes > Select Your theme > global.css > Edit [Options] > edit in advanced mode > and find;
body {
	background: #efefef;
	color: #000;
	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif;
	font-size: 13px;
	text-align: center; /* IE 5 fix */
	line-height: 1.4;
}

and change it to;
body {
	background: #efefef url(images/logo.gif);
	color: #000;
	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Sans-Serif;
	font-size: 13px;
	text-align: center; /* IE 5 fix */
	line-height: 1.4;
}

Replace images/logo.gif with your image URL to be use as background. Wink

try to add a no-repeat to the background propoerty so you don't get a repetition of it horizontally or vertically
English Exercises - Under construction
Motorbike Games

Change;
url(images/logo.gif);
to;
url(images/logo.gif) top left repeat-x;
