Download a backup from your Mybb forum's database.

Admin > Tools & Maintenance > Database Backups > New Backup > **Options** > Download Backup

Then, take a backup of all your files, and upload it onto your new webhost.

Take Backup of your forum.
Download the backup.
Go to new host.
Make a database.
and import backup of old forum in phpmyadmin of your CPanel.

1. To restore a database, you click the SQL tab (on newer versions of phpMyAdmin there is an "Import" tab).
2. On the "SQL"-page , unclick the show query here again.
