I don't want my users to put potential malicious code in their signatures via PHP so I was wondering how I can disable the php and javascript (if possible) and whatnot.

You can't put PHP or javascript in signatures... if you mean the [php] tag, that just formats the code, obviously it's not going to actually execute it, otherwise you could run any code you want and everybody's forum would get hacked Undecided
