I want to know if there is a plugin that adds the ads in the private messages? or in the first post of a thread? kindly guide

First post in thread, there are tons. There are some on the mods site. For private messages you could edit the template i guess. I wouldn't mind doing it for you if you pm'd me the link and a test admin account.

You could also try searching the mod database...there's a lot of these that exist already. I've also made one (still under development, but there's a release available) here.
