If you mean like flickR gallery, then you need the ezGallery plugin...

Well, if you want t edit your images, I recommend you to make a page...

Use this plugin, assuming you know how to.

Now, when you installed and activated it...
Go to ACP---->Configuration---->Page Manager--->Add New Page

Name: FotoFlexer
URI Parameter: fotoflexer
Use MyBB Template?: Yes
Page Content:

Hm, well ezGallery is the only gallery plugin for mybb unfrankly, you can request an upgrade and add things you want in the plugins section
