What do you mean by "it looks all messed up"? Did you upload the images to the correct directory? Link to your forum?

You need to upload the folder with the images to your images/ directory. Make sure you did that, the folder that is the name of the theme should be uploaded there. Then make sure you Import the Theme in the ACP and select the .XML theme file.
