Hello.

First my english is not the best.
I want to release my Plugin News Message.

Description:
With this plugin you can show news on the index Page.

Installation:
Just upload the plugin-file (News Message - 1.2/inc/plugins/News_Message.php) into your plugins-folder and activate the plugin through the plugin-manager in your AdminCP.
