I just want to add content to the header of my forum, but where inside?

Where exactly do you want your content to be shown? Above the navigation? Below the navigation?

Below the text "Tronix Hosting" not the logo, below the navigation and then below the text saying "Tronix Hosting".

Do you edit the right template?

Admin-CP -> Templates -> Edit/Delete -> *your templateset (templates of the theme you're using)* -> Expand -> header
