table crashed, how to repair it?

Hi guys,

I'm desperate!
from this morning, i got this message when i try to navigate my site:


how do i solve it?
i read i need to access "phpmyadmin", but... what is it?
I use ubuntu on my pc and i found something to install that seems to be this mysterious "phpmyadmin", but it doesn't work!

i also googled this problem, and i found this. but that "repair.php" doesn't work!!

please, help me, guys... ç.ç

phpMyAdmin will be in your host control panel somewhere you'll need to ask them where to find it.

As for repairing the table (when you have phpMyAdmin access), just execute the following:

REPAIR TABLE `mybb_sessions`

actually i found this phpmyadmin in my host cp, but... it doesn't work ._.
I'm gonna contact my hoster...
