If a theme is compatible with the MyBB software 1.4, will it still be okay on MyBB 1.6?

I'm about to buy a theme, but it says "Compatibility 1.4".

Wondering if I should get it or not.

Yes it will work.
When Importing the XML file in your Admin CP make sure you check the Ignore Version Compatibility!

It will work but you'll have all the 1.6 features missing - you'll need to edit the templates to include 1.6 features.

Just found out that the new update of the theme is compatible with 1.6, so it's fine.
