Oh yeah, that's a point, by default it only shows on people's profiles if they have less than 10 posts. You can change this cut off point in the settings though for the plugin though, there'll be a new settings group added to the standard settings page. It's like that to stop the tool being used on active members instead of just spammers, as obviously it's aimed more at deleting content of spammers rather than banned users.

I've edited those settings and it still doesn't work. I am logged in to the forum as administrator if that makes any difference.

Yes it is.
It shows for a user with no posts - just checked. But doesn't for the spammer with 10,000 posts, even though I adjusted the level in config.
What exactly did you set the setting to then?? It'll show on the profile if you're a moderator/admin and the user has fewer posts than the setting, that's the only things it checks...
