I like the header and thead, but I think the rest of the theme needs some work. The black bars need to be changed; they don't add to the theme's appeal (especially the one at the top). You should get better forum icons, and the blob in "Threads and Posts" should be changed, as it doesn't go with the theme. I'm not sure if it's just my bad eyes (they are acting up today for some reason Toungue) but the white fonts in the body look absolutely awful. Try changing the color a bit and maybe the font. Finally, there is ~1px of extra space on top of the theads; try to make that go away.

Other than that, the theme looks good. Like I said before I absolutely love the head and header. Care to share how you made the image for those? I can never make gradients like that.
