Looks good! The theme matches the topic area very nicely, and you have the perfect amount of forums for your current traffic level.

One thing: The box that follows you in the upper-left corner when you scroll up and down is annoying and sometimes blocks content (example http://pinoybodybuilding.com/forum/thread-156.html). I would suggest removing that.

All in all, great job and welcome to MyBB!

Not bad, although generally if you have a forums - you should get rid of a chatroom/irc.

this, even though it is just my opinion. The forum should be your main place for discussions. In my opinion, having either one of these two will decrease the amount of posts you will get. I would leave them until you have a lot of content.
