That should be {$mysupport_nav_option} unless I'm wrong.

Looks like its in User Control Panel.

Go to: ACP > Templates > UserCP templates > usercp_nav_misc > find and remove that bit of code.

I think it should be {$mysupport_nav_option}. Go to AdminCP > Templates & Styles > Templates > Searce/Replace. Search for "{mysupport_nav_option}" (without the quotes) and you will see the template where it used in. Either remove it, if you don't have mysupport installed or change it to {$mysupport_nav_option} .

When I remove it or rename it to {$mysupport_nav_option} it goes away but it also hides {$mysupport_usercp_options}

Any idea how to fix that?
