Help with banning

Hi,
I have a out break with spammers where they keep registering inap. usernames and there bio talks about like s*x and p*rn I try and ban them but every time I do like 10 thousand more come! I tried IP banning them but they change IPs and I can't keep wasting my time sitting there banning them is there anything I can do?

You could either

A) Disable registrations until the problem is fixed
B) Set admin only activation
C) Disable access to the user cp until the user gets x amount of posts.

There are other options.

Which one do you want to do?
