No I added it under the board time in the header_welcomeblock_member template

No don't add that link, that's probably your post key, the whole point is it's different for every user, that's specifically why it's there

Change the code after my_post_key= to {$mybb->post_code} and it'll work for everybody. I've also edited that code out of your post as you basically gave people a vital security key there.
