make users activate first before they can log in.

it seems that users can login even when they didn't activate their accounts, how can i prevent this?

Go to: ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Select Awaiting Activation Group > Edit [Options] > Click on Forums and Posts tab > and Untick the following options;
- Can view board? (Must Untick)
- Can view threads? (Optional)
- Can search forums? (Optional)
- Can view user profiles? (Optional)
