Word filter

How can i use word filter to ban certain urls

I tried to ban http://www.cleanitup.co.uk*

And used wildcard to ban any variations on that url but does not seem to work.

1. Go to: ACP > Configurations > Word Filters > Add Word to replace in Word option field. and add Text to replace from in Replacement option field.
