Anyone know what plugin that's used here to auto merge double posts? I've tried the THIS one but got this error when trying to activate it.

No need for the plugin. its a default MyBB setting now.

Go to: ACP > Configurations > Posting > and Enter Number of seconds for merging in "Post merge Time" option field. You would also need to Add Forums and groups who can post posts one after the other without merging.

Yes, if you add Your usergroup ID (Usergroup for Admin is 4 by default) then you'll Bypass this limitation.
