Drop the text size on the thead, increase the padding on the right side of the links (To the same on the left side of the logo). Add a bit more detail to your collapse image.

After that it should look better imo.

Alright, I'll decrease the header size and I'll decrease the roundness of the category bars.

I completely agree. There is also no depth to the theme; it just seems flat.
