how do i add my navigation bar?

i made a navigation bar with www.cssmenumaker.com and it only shows the letters not the actual bar can someone tell me how to make it show and tell me how to straighten it up??

okay, when you go to that website, click on the menu bar that you want. Then you will see 2 options "Customize" & "Download Source". Click on Download Source, and extract the file your directory .
