Changing column widths.

Hello,

Where do I change the column widths so that my smilies column will be wider and my new post column will be more narrow? My board is version 1.6.3

I think you can see by from image below why I want to make change the widths of the two columns.

The following must be changed
1 - Click on "Edit Post Templates", then click on "editpost" => Edit it!
2 - Click on "New Reply Templates", then click on "newreply" => Edit it!
2 - Click on "New Thread Templates", then click on "newthread" => Edit it!
