Click on the "Modify Settings" tab on the configuration page, and delete the settings with no options listed.

It will not let me delete General Configuration, and things that are there by default, even though it has two options for almost everything.

This probably has something to do with the way you imported. Like I mentioned in the other thread you'll probably have more problems down the line.
