I know this is kind of a stupid question, I just want to be sure. While looking for MyBB themes I have come across an e107 theme and wondering if they can be used with MyBB?

Uh, if it says it will work with MyBB there's a high probability that it will.

No they'll not work with MyBB. You've to hire someone to convert this for you to use for MyBB but you've to get permissions from the author to do that.
