I recently decided to start a forum for game modification and after many nights of editing, fixing small bugs and other fun tasks I finally got the forum just right.

Is there something wrong with the tabs or did you do it on purpose?
When you click on the tab, that current tab turns black, even the text turns black so you can't see the tab at all. here is a screen shot:

I don't think so - it may break Jagex's user agreement but definitely not against the law.
