Attachment plugins

I need 3 plugins about attachemnts.

1. Attachment approval.

- Admins should approve an attachment before it gets posted. I was wondering if I make moderate each thread before posting, do attachments get posted?

2. Who downloaded the attachemnt.

I really need this one, been searching, but couldn't find any.

3. Allow only specific group to be able to download the attachment.

Same as plugin 2.

I'll appreciate it very much if anyone can help me!

Second one is free. As for the third, do you want to restrict certain usergroups from downloading attachments on all forums or on specific forums? If on all forums, you don't need a plugin, you can use Permissions for that. Otherwise, you do need a plugin. And for free, there's Attachments on Post which works a bit differently.

For the whole forum. Where do I enable that?

1. Go to Admin CP > Users & Groups > Groups > Select the group you want to edit > Forums and Posts.

2. Tick "Can download attachments?".
