cgichat not working and annoying "Chat" won't dissappear

Hello,

I installed CGIChat (.10)
Adds a CGI::IRC-based Chat page.
but it doesn't work. Gives me somekind Table creation error. So I removed it.

Now I have 3x Chat on front page. How to remove them,

^ if you know editing in templates then those chat links should be in header template of your current theme
