in my forum. And also, how do I make the user's unable to give negative rep if the are not of a certain usergroup?!

In general, each mod have installation instructions.
Usually, you can just upload the files and activate the plugin from the administration control panel, without having to modify a single line of code.

In Admin CP -> Configuration -> Settings -> Reputation you will find "Allow Negative Reputation". Set this option to No.

Yeah, because insulting people is going to get them to reply... plus 26 view is hardly anything and most of them were probably guests anyway. Try and have some patience and respect for people instead of acting like a 4 year old.

Most plugins come with instructions telling you where to put each file, have you looked at that...??

Implying there were instructions to begin with. I downloaded a mod and there was only a mofo-ing-g-son-of-a-dang-chilly-biscuits PHP file in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hence me saying most plugins. If there's only one file it'll go in ./inc/plugins/ as there will always need to be at least one file in there.

Well the easiet way to install plugins that not many people know about is since most of them have mybb structure in their folders you can take the plugins folder drop it in the root and it will automatically put all the files where they need to go. Simple eh?
