Then you either did something wrong or your browser doesn't support it. A plugin would be useless, because there is no other method to do this than JavaScript. And that might not work on all browsers. Even if it does, users can easily deactivate JavaScript or view the source code.

I've never heard of such a thing. It might be possible, but it probably requires JavaScript as well, which you can easily get around.

The only way to achieve this, would be to convert all posts to images and add a watermark to them. This would be very server ressources intensive operations and not acceptable for shared hosting if your forum is very active. A plugin could be developped to do this, but I would not recommand it if not absolutely necessary.
