Which plugins to use ?

Guys I need to know how following changes are made in mybb, so that I can imply them in my forum

and please also mention which plugin has been used.

1. Which tab plugin is used here ? Free My Tabs or My BB Centrals Tab plugin ? I used My Tabs plugin and tabs appearing very small. What to do ?

2. How to add icon1 and icon2 prior to forum sections ? [please see screenshot provided]



3. How to add rank images to profile pic ? Which plugin has been used here ?

4. How to add box and shadow effect around profile pics ?



I have used nadlerz forum in screenshots.

I don't know, but some of these features look realy nice. I concur with you, I want these plugins too

3. Go to Admin CP > Users & Groups > Groups > Select a Group > Group Image.
4. Go to Admin CP > Templates & Style > Templates > Your Template Set > Post Bit Templates > postbit_avatar.

Find:

<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$post['avatar']}" alt="" {$avatar_width_height} /></a>

Replace with:

<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img style="-moz-box-shadow: 0 0 5px 5px #888; -webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 5px 5px#888; box-shadow: 0 0 5px 5px #888;" src="{$post['avatar']}" alt="" {$avatar_width_height} /></a>
