[Error Message] Moderation expired

I keep Getting this message when ever I try to delete a post :

Sorry, but you did not select any posts to perform inline moderation on, or your previous moderation session has expired (Automatically after 1 hour of inactivity). Please select some posts and try again.

how do I fix this?

When you tick the checkboxes, does the number in brackets on the Go button increase??

In your headerinclude template, search:

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js"></script> 
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery.min.js"></script> 

And replace with:

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js"></script> 
<script type="text/javascript">jQuery.noConflict();</script>
