Where's The HTML?

Where does MyBB get the HTML from? I need to look at it and altar the <hr> code for the line division of the signature. I can press "Ctrl + U" (Firefox) and view the source code, so I know it's gotten form somewhere. I need to know where MyBB inputs it from, because I can't find it.

Stop spamming the forums with your insane messages. Your hr line isn't that important. Secondly, every single bit of html in mybb is in the template system.
