How do I make Game Section visible?

I uploaded it but I only see it on my AdminCP.

How do I make it visible on my forum?

You access the Game Section in http://example.com/games.php

If you want the add a link so users can easily access it, edit the header template and add a link accordingly.

The problem is I have no clue how to do that. So I go to Header Templates, edit Header and add a link to that page?
